After serving a decade as the senior director for the Family Life Center at the Newbirth Missionary Baptist Church, Andrew Momon Jr. launched his Atlanta, GA leadership training firm, Momon Leadership. In addition to serving as the lead pastor at Victory Midtown, Andrew Momon Jr. is a certified teacher, trainer, and coach of the Maxwell Method, which was developed by expert John C. Maxwell.
The John C. Maxwell Certification Program offers a suite of leadership training workshops taught by top-performing industry professionals in the following areas:
Coaching - This course includes 13 hours of video lessons and manuals. Participants learn strategies to effectively coach individuals or small groups as well as practical information about managing a coaching business.
Speaking - Participants learn presentation and speaking techniques through a 6-hour workshop. The course also includes materials and a workbook to help speakers improve their delivery and marketing.
Sales - Through a 5-hour video training program, participants can sharpen several crucial sales skills, such as cold calling and networking. Additionally, participants can read through sales scripts created using the Maxwell Method of sales.
All three training workshops require attendance at the three-day International Maxwell Certification event.
